Church Calendar
A church calendar that actually reaches your congregation
Most church calendars sit on a website nobody visits. My Church Calendar syncs your events directly to your congregation's phone — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Add events once, share one link, and everyone knows what's happening.

Why most church calendars don't work
A calendar page on your church website only helps people who visit that page. In practice, most congregation members don't. They check their phone calendar — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — and if your events aren't there, they don't exist.
Churches have tried everything: WhatsApp groups where messages get buried within hours. Bulletin PDFs that get printed on Sunday and forgotten by Monday. Facebook posts that the algorithm shows to half your church at best. Email newsletters with open rates under 30%.
None of these put events where people actually look — their phone calendar. That's the problem My Church Calendar solves. You add events once, your congregation subscribes with a single tap, and every service, small group, and special event appears on their phone automatically.

What makes this church calendar different
My Church Calendar isn't another website calendar or generic scheduling tool. It's built specifically for churches, and it works differently.
One link, every calendar app
Your congregation taps a single subscribe link and every church event syncs to their phone. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook — it works with all of them. No app to download, no account to create.
Built for churches, not businesses
Categories like Service, Small Group, Youth, Prayer, and Outreach come built in. You don't need to configure a generic tool to fit your church — it already speaks your language.
No app for your congregation
This is the biggest difference. Your members don't download anything. Events appear in the calendar app they already use on their phone. That means it works for everyone — young and old.
Recurring events that repeat forever
Set your Sunday service as weekly, your small group as fortnightly, your prayer meeting as monthly. Add them once and they appear on everyone's calendar every single week — no re-creating events.

How it works — three steps
No technical skills needed. If you can type an email, you can set this up.
Create your church calendar
Sign up, add your church name, address, and timezone. We generate a unique subscribe link like mychurchcalendar.com/subscribe/gracechurch. Takes under 2 minutes.
Add your events
Add services, small groups, youth nights, prayer meetings — anything your church does. Set recurring schedules so you only enter them once. Choose from built-in church categories like Service, Small Group, Youth, Prayer, and Outreach.
Share the subscribe link
Post your link on WhatsApp, your church website, a Sunday slide, or the weekly bulletin. Your congregation taps it once, picks their calendar app, and every event syncs to their phone — forever. No reminders to send, no follow-ups needed.

A subscribe page they'll actually use
Every church gets a public subscribe page at a link like mychurchcalendar.com/subscribe/gracechurch. It shows upcoming events and gives your congregation one-tap subscribe buttons for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
No account needed. No app to download. They tap once and every event you add from that point forward appears on their phone calendar automatically. Updates sync too — if you change the time of a service, it updates on their calendar.

Built on the .ics standard
My Church Calendar uses the .ics calendar format — the same standard that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook have supported for over 30 years. It's not a proprietary format or a workaround. It's how calendar subscriptions are supposed to work.
When you add an event to your church calendar, we update your church's .ics feed automatically. Calendar apps that have subscribed to your feed check it periodically and pull in any changes. New events appear, updated events change, removed events disappear — all without your congregation doing anything.
This means it works with any calendar app that supports .ics subscriptions — which is virtually all of them. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, Samsung Calendar, and more.

Frequently asked questions
Does my congregation need to download an app?
No. They tap your subscribe link and the events sync directly to whatever calendar app they already use — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Nothing to download.
How does the calendar subscription work?
We generate a standard .ics calendar feed for your church. When someone subscribes, their calendar app checks this feed periodically and pulls in any new or updated events automatically.
Can I set up recurring events like weekly services?
Yes. You can set events to repeat weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Set it once and it appears on everyone's calendar every week — no need to re-create it.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely free during our beta period. No credit card required. We'll introduce affordable plans later, but beta users will always get a generous free tier.
What calendar apps are supported?
Any app that supports .ics calendar subscriptions — which is virtually all of them. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, Samsung Calendar, and more.
Can I embed the calendar on our church website?
Yes. We provide an embeddable widget you can add to your church website with a single line of code. It shows your upcoming events and lets visitors subscribe.
