Church Calendar App
The church calendar app that doesn't need downloading
Most church calendar apps ask your congregation to download something new. My Church Calendar works with the calendar app already on their phone. One subscribe link, every event synced automatically.

The problem with church calendar apps
When you search for a church calendar app, you find two types of tools. The first is church management software — platforms like Planning Center, Breeze, or Church Community Builder. They're powerful, but they cost $50-200/month, take weeks to set up, and require your congregation to download an app or create an account to see events.
The second type is generic calendar tools — Google Calendar shared calendars, Teamup, AddEvent. They work, but they're not built for churches. You spend time configuring categories, the subscribe experience is clunky, and your congregation still needs to figure out how to add a shared calendar.
Both approaches share the same problem: they add friction for your congregation. Every extra step — downloading an app, creating an account, figuring out how to subscribe — means fewer people actually see your events.

How other approaches fall short
Church management software
- $50-200/month for most plans
- Weeks of setup and training
- Congregation needs to download an app
- Overkill if you just need a calendar
Generic calendar tools
- Not built for churches
- Congregation needs accounts or workarounds
- No church-specific categories
- Clunky subscribe experience
Social media & messaging
- WhatsApp messages get buried in hours
- Facebook algorithm controls who sees it
- Events don't land in anyone's calendar
- No recurring event support
How My Church Calendar works instead
We took a different approach. Instead of building another app your congregation has to download, we built a tool that works with the apps they already have.
You sign up and add your church events — services, small groups, youth nights, whatever your church does. We generate a standard .ics calendar feed and a subscribe page with one-tap buttons for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Your congregation visits the subscribe page, taps one button, and every event syncs to their phone calendar. That's it. No app to download, no account to create, no instructions to follow. It works for the 25-year-old who lives on their phone and the 75-year-old who just wants to know what time service is.
When you add a new event or change the time of an existing one, the update syncs to every subscriber's calendar automatically. No reminders to send, no messages to post.
No app to download
Your congregation uses the calendar app already on their phone. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook — all supported.
Church-specific categories
Service, Small Group, Youth, Prayer, Outreach — built-in categories that make sense for your church.
One subscribe link
Share a single link. Members tap it once and every event syncs to their calendar. They never need to do it again.
Recurring events
Weekly services, fortnightly groups, monthly meetings. Set them once and they repeat on everyone's calendar automatically.
2-minute setup
Sign up, add your church name, create your first event. No technical skills needed, no training required.
Free during beta
Everything is free while we're in beta. No credit card, no trial period, no feature limits.
Who this is for
My Church Calendar is for churches that want to keep their congregation informed without the overhead of enterprise software. If you're a pastor, church admin, or volunteer who manages the church schedule, this is built for you.
It works for churches of any size. A 50-person church plant that needs a simple way to share service times. A 200-person church with weekly services, small groups, and youth nights. A multi-campus church that wants each location to have its own calendar.
If your congregation currently relies on WhatsApp reminders, Facebook posts, or printed bulletins to know what's happening — and you wish there was something simpler — this is it.
